  •   What is your return policy?  

Divination Supplies will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. You can notify us by emailing service@divinationsupplies.com.  We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars.  For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and a 10% restocking fee may be applied.

  •   Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
  Divination Supplies will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in
  damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.  No material will be accepted or
  replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
  •   Do you have minimum orders?

  •     Where is my package?

When you placed your order with Divination Supplies, you should have received an email from service@divinationsupplies.com that included your Tracking number if you choose any UPS shipping method. If you did not receive this email confirmation please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
